Carolina of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Sarah Dosse for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty dollars to her in hand paid by the said Drury Smith the receipt whereof she doth acknowledge, hath bargained sold and by these presents do Bargain sell alien and confirm unto the said Drury Smith his heirs and assigns forever, one certain tract or parcel of land, lying on paw paw Creek containing fifty acres be the same more or less and bounded as followeth To wit; Beginning at a chesnut tree a corner of Zachariah Smiths deceased and runing with his line West eighty poles the same course continued in all one hundred and six poles to a black oak, thence South twenty poles to a large Black oak, thence West Sixty poles to a Black oak saplin, thence North one hundred and Sixteen poles to a black oak in Frankey Smiths line, thence East eighty six poles to William Killams line thence with his line South eighty two poles to Killams corner a small black oak, thence with another of his lines East eighty poles to his corner white oak, thence South fourteen poles to the first Station. The reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, right and estate interest and benefit claim or demand whatsoever of the said Sarah Dosse of in or to the same or any part thereof. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with all their appurtenances to the only use and behoof of him the said Drury Smith his heirs and assigns forever.
