Est with John KINGS line forty two poles to a white oak in GRE___S line, then along that line North Seventy D East sixty poles to a black oak, then South fifteen degrees East sixteen poles to a red oak, then North sixty five degrees East one hundred and thirty two poles to the first Station and contains sixty eight acres of land; together with all and Singular its appurtenances, woods waters mines minerals hereditaments and appurtenances to the said land belonging or appertaining to hold to the said Thomas STAPLETON his heirs and assigns forever.
