Young, Dec and her son Alexander Young and Samuel Young her sons Heirs and Representatives of said Saml. young Dec., of the State of North Carolina and County of Rockingham of the one part & (to) Alexander Brown of the State and County aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five Dollars Current Money to the said Martha, Alexaander, and Saml. Young HeiRs and Representatives of Sam. Young, decd., by the said Alexander Brown in hand paid before the execution hereof the receipt whereof the said Martha Young,Alexander and Sam. Young, Heirs and representatives of Sal. Young, Decd. doth hereby acknowledge and thereof exonerate aquit the said Alexander Brown his Heirs, Exrs., Administrators a & assigns they the said Martha, Alexander and Samuel Young Heirs and representatives of Saml. Young Decd. by these presents hath granted bargained and sold aliened enfioffed assigned released confirmed and set over all that parcel or Tract lying situated and being that is the said Alexander and Saml. Youngs part of said Saml. Youngs , Decd. part ofhis land) situate lying and being in the said County of Rockingham on the Waters of HOGANS CREEK, Beginning at a Black Oak on JOHN HOLLADAY 91s line,thence runing East eighty three poles to a Black Oak crossing one prong of Hogans Creek Saml. Young Decd. corner, thence along another of his lines North ninety six poles to a black Oak thence runing West crossing the Creek eighty three poles to a grub thence runing south ninety six poles to the first station, containing fifty acres of Land more or less together with the improvements rents, issues and profits, and also all the right title Interest property claim and demand whatsoever of in and to the said piece parcel or tract of land and every part and parcel thereof with the improvements the retoappertaining to have and to hold to the said ALEXANDER BROWN his heirs and assigns forever, to his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever and they the said Martha Young, Alexander and Samuel Young Heirs and representatives of Saml.
