Wife, son Robert 250 and 50 acres to be taken off the at an equal
in side where he lives. south and in the west which in
all makes 300 acres and the waggon making tools.

Son John 250 acres on the north side of the Haw River where he now lives.
Son Ezekiel in south side where he now liveth 250 acres.
Son James 250 acres on the west side of the tract of 190 acres
next Wm JONES? and if he is without issue to be divided amongst
the rest of my children. Son Moses 158 acres in the place
he now lives and if he dieth without issue to
be equally divided amongst the rest of my children.

Daughters Jean(?) and Susannah the remainder of the land
on the south of Haw River and two parts of the mobels.NBJ.
Do leave to Robert Loires ?(Hoirs?) of middow land
on the low end of this place that in the north side of
the River to be watered out of the Branch above the Brick kiln
and a Rove most convenient to all to and from
it and to my son James I give of meddow land in
that corner of the place in the west side and I order
that my well beloved wife and son Robert be my
