I therefore make this my last will and testament. 1st- I desire that my body be buried in a decent ? like monument. 2nd- I give and bequeath to my beloved mother, ELIZABETH LYNN, one negro boy, THENEIR, one negro girl named HARRIET, and one by name CAROLINE, and at her decease for the above named negros to ? to my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) LYNN with their ?. 3rd- I give to my mother the tract of land which ? side of GEORGE McCLAIN during her life. And at her death, I give and bequeath the same with the tract where on my mother not living to my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS). 4th-I give and bequeath to my mother the ? ? I own. 5th- I desire for my mother and brother to have the use of my ? cart between them. 6th- I give and bequeath to my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) one negro girl named JULIA. 7th- I give and bequeath unto my mother five hundred dollars. 8th- I give and bequeath unto my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) my ? ? 9th- I give and bequeath unto my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) LYNN my tract of land known by the ? road ? on eleven acres ? ? 10th- I give and bequeath to my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) seven hundred dollars. 11th- At my mother's death, I give and bequeath my right, title, and interest in a negro boy SAM and a girl PATZ to my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) 12th- My will and desire is that my mother keep in paper given my interest in stock, and house furniture during her life and at her death for the same to go to my brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) 13th- I give and bequeath to my mother one mule. 14th- I nominate brother BAGLISS (BAYLISS) executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have here unto set my set my hand and offer ? my seal.
