Will - CATHARINE SHARP

In the name of God, Amen.  I Catharine Sharp of Rockingham County & State of 
North Carolina being of Sound and perfect mind and memory blesed be God, Do 
this 23rd day of Decr, in the year of Lord 1800 Make and publish this my last 
will and Testament, in manner following, that is to Say,

I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Alisabeth Pegs for her Services my 
black horse my Cubbard and all my Cotton and one blue Counterpin with an Equal 
part of my wearing apearel So as to not Deprive her of any Lawfull Claim as a 
Legatee, and I hereby make and ordain my son Isham Sharp Executor of this my 
Last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I the said Catharine Sharp have to this my Last will and 
testament, Set my hand and Seal the Day and year above written

			Catharine (her X mark) Sharp {seal}

Signed Sealed published and Declared,
by the Said Catharine Sharp the testator,
as her Last will and testament, in the
presence of us who were present at
the time of Signing and Sealing thereof
