GILL STRAP WEBB died WILL

In the name of God Amen I, Gill Strap Webb, of the County of Rockingham
and State of North Carolina being of perfect and sound mind and memory
blessed be God do this eighth day of Oct. One Thousand Eight  Hundred
and Twenty One, make and publish this my last will and Testament in
manner following that is to say first I do give and bequeath unto my
beloved son William G. Webb my home tract of land, two hundred and one
acres known (by) the name of the Evertt Tract and also five Negros named
as follows James(?) and Nelson and Humok(?) and Robin and Alfred.
2nd I do give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Unity Wright Five
negros hamed as follows Unity and John and Deoley(?) and Delpha and his
son James, and I also leave my (?) negro woman Aggneys to my son William
G. Webb his ...?...time and provided  my old Negro Woman should be a
...?... than my son William I give my Negro Woman Aggneys the priviledge
to live among my children just where she would and not to be sold atall
and as to the rest of my property that no above manner in this my last
will it is my desire each one keep that  they now have in ...?... as it
is now divided among them.  And after all my just debts is paid and all
the expenses of my Estate is settled I do hereby ...?...ordain my son
William G. Webb and my son in law Basize G. Wright Executor to this my
last will and testament...?...whereof I ...?...Gill Strap Webb have
hereto set my hand and affixed my seal to this my last will and
testament to day and year first above written signed sealed pronounced
and ...?...by the Testators as his last will and Testament in the
presence of us in his presence and in the presence of each other
become(?)...?...of the same.
