Dred Webb, Benjamin Webb, Samuel Webb, Meridith Webb, Larrince Webb, Livency
Webb, William Jones, Andrew Boyd, Joshua Lee, Thomas Webb

In the Name of God Amen.

I Benjamin Webb of the County of Rockingham and State of No Carolina – Being
weak in Body But of Sound and Perfect Memory Blessed by God. & Calling To mind
The Mortallity of the Bodyand Knowing that it is appointed for all Men to Die
--- Do Make and Constitute this my Last Will and Testement. I.E. in Manner
following as Touching those Worthy Matters Wharein God Hath Been Pleased to
Bless me. I leave and Bequath in the Manner following I Leave & Bequath to my
Beloved Wife Rhodia Webb In her hands to all my estate Except  What may
Hereafter Be Mentioned in order To pay my Last Debts & all my Lands and
Personally Propperty Which I do Now Hereafter Bequath. I Leave and Bequath to
my son Gillstrap Webb The Track of land I purchased of Christopher Vandegrieff
However all of Said  Track on the South Side of Haw River and no more.---To my
son Dred Webb and Benjamin Webb I leave & bequath the Track of land at the
Cross Roads which I purchased of Andrew Boyd To Be Equally Divided Between
Them----- I Leave & Bequath to my Two Sons Samuel & Meredith Webb my Track of
Land Whereon I live and also all on this or on the North Side of Haw River
belonging To the Vandergriffs Track To Be Equally Divided Betweeen them. At
the Expuration of my Wifes Natural Life or Widowhood. To My Daughter Livency I
Leave and Bequath out of my estate to Be Paid Toher the Sum of One Hundred and
Eighty Dollars I Leave and Bequath To my Son Larrince Webb The Sum of Twenty
Dollars and no More. I also Make Constitute and ordain William Jones my Whole
and Sole Executor To --- Do and Perform This my last Will and Testiment

In Witness Whareof I have Set my hand and ----- this 4th Day of April 1799
