Persons or organizations desiring to use this material, must obtain the written consent of the contributor, or the legal representative of the submitter, and contact the listed USGenWeb archivist with proof of this consent. ************************************************************************ In the Name of God, Amen: I, Ann Wright of Rockingham County and State of North Carolina, being sick and infirm but of sound mind and memory, Blessed be God, do this Eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety six make, publish, constitute and ordain this as my last will and testament in manner and form following: - - - First of all, my stock of horses, cattle, sheep and hogs and all and singular my living stock I give and bequeath unto my son Martin Wright to him and his heirs forever, etc., as also I give and bequeath to my son Martin Wright one feather bed and furniture etc. Further, the residue of my household furniture, it is my will and desire that it be equally divided between my three daughters, to-wit, Delilah Wright, Elinor Wright and Permella Wright, etc. - - - I further desire that my daughter; Elizabeth Brannock and my daughter, Nancy Patrick and my daughter Margett Weatherley, and my son Wm. Wright, and my son, Newton Wright, each and every of them be paid one shilling Sterling out of my estate, and I do hereby revoke and disannull all wills made before this time, in witness I the Sd.
