ASA BRASHER, Complainant

             Vs.

DAVID PEEPLES’ Executrix and Heirs

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, ELIZABETH 
PEEPLES; HENRY PEEPLES, DAVID PEEPLES, JAMES JENKINS and his wife, JANE, are 
not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said Defendants file their answers to the Complainant’s Bill of Complaint, 
within the next three days of the next March Term to plead, answer or demur, 
judgment will be taken pro confesso as to them.
