   Vs.

CHRISTIAN TARR

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, CHRISTIAN 
TARR, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless 
the said defendants, appear at the next term of this Court to be held for the 
County of Rowan in the Court House at Salisbury on the third Monday in 
November and enter his plea, answer, or demur, judgment will be taken 
according to the Plaintiff's demand.
