WILLIAM JARVIS and wife

     Vs.

EZRA JONES, ABID JONES, JOHN JONES, HENRY JONES, JOSIAH JONES, SAMUEL JONES

Petition for Distribution of Real Estate Estate

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, EZRA JONES 
and ABID JONES are not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said defendants, appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter 
Sessions to be held for the County of Rowan in the Court House at Salisbury on 
the 2nd Monday in February next and enter their plea, answer, or demur to the 
Complainants petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte 
as to him..
