        Vs.

CHARLES KEGLES, Administrator

It appearing to the Court that CHARLES KEGLES, the defendant in this case, is 
not a resident of this State, It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that 
unless he file his answer on the first three days of the next Term, judgment 
will be taken pro confesso against him and heard ex parte.
