COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS
ROWAN COUNTY            
Feb. Term, 1812

JOHN RICARD, JR., PETER FRANK and PHILIP FRANK

         Vs.

ADAM CONRAD and CATHARINE, his wife

Petition for the Division of the Real Estate of MARTIN FRANK, deceased

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ADAM CONRAD 
and CATHARINE, his wife, are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendants, appear at our next Court of Pleas 
and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Rowan in the Court House at 
Salisbury on the 2nd Monday in May and enter his plea, answer, or demur to the 
Complainants petition, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte 
against them.
