     Vs.

MICHAEL BROWN and others

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, DAVID 
KILPATRICK, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said defendant, DAVID KILPATRICK, appear at our next Court of Pleas 
and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Rowan in the Court House at 
Salisbury and enter his plea answer or demur to the Complainants bill within 
the first three days of the next term,judgment will be taken pro confesso and 
heard ex parte against them.
