BENJAMIN FORSYTH, Administrator

     Vs.

JESSE ROBINETT AND RICHARD STERN

Petition to Rehear

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
RICHARD STERN, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said defendants, appear at the next term of this Court to be 
held for the County of Rowan in the Court House at Salisbury and enter his 
plea, answer, or demur, the petition will be taken pro confesso and heard ex 
parte against him.
