Rowan County, NC - Michael Rymer - Act For Relief

An Act concerning Michael Rymer, of Rowan county

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, 
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That Michael
Rymer, of Rowan county, be, and he is hereby restored to all the
rights, privileges and immunities, of a citizen of this state, as
fully, and to all intents and purposes, as if he had never been
convicted of the crime of petit larceny.
