Thurs., Jan. 13, 1831   Edenton Gazette January 13, 1831
   WILLIAM H. HORAH, ESQ. of Salisbury has been appointed Cashier of the 
Branch of the State Bank at that place, in the place of COL. JOHN BELL, 
resigned and MR. WM. E. TROY has received the appointment of Clerk, in the 
place of MR. HORAH.
