  WHIG ELECTORS -- DAVID F. CALDWELL ESQ. has been appointed Elector on the 
HARRISON-TYLER ticket for the 4th or Salisbury district. Also, COL. H. G. 
RUFFIN has been appointed Elector on the same ticket for the 10th or Franklin 
District.
