Coy Daniel Frick Obit

Coy Daniel Frick of 1501 Coventry Rd, passed away early Monday Morning, 
April 1, 1968 in a local hospital after an extended illness.  He was born July 21, 
1907 in Rowan County, N.C., and was a graduate of Catawba College in the 
class of 1932.  For a time after graduation, he taught in the public schools in 
Wake County and for the past 24 years he has been associated with the N.C. 
Department of Revenue.  R. Frick was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran 
Church.  Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 2 from Saint 
Mark’s Lutheran Church will Dr. Carveth P. Mitchell, his minister, officiating.  
Interment will follow in Sharon Memorial Park.  Mr. Frick is survived by his 
wife, the former Miss Frieda Brockmann, tow sisters, Mrs. Paul Prestwood, 
Mrs. R.R. Triplett, Jr. both of Lenoir , NC, three brothers, Col. T.E. of 
Benjamin Harris Air Force Base in Indianapolis, Ind., Robert and Duard,, both 
of Lenoir. Active pallbearers will be A.J. White, Sam Pruden, Gene Hunter, 
John Clark, John Tucker and B.M. Hicks.  Honorary pallbearers will be 
auditing and collecting departments of the Charlotte office of the N.C. 
Department of Revenue and personnel of the N.C. Department of Revenue.
