Raleigh Standard 28 March 1860
   MARRIED, at the Presbyterian Church, in this City, on the night of the 29th 
inst., by the REV. J. ATKINSON, MR. ELAM W. NEAL, of Rowan County, to MISS 
MARY FLOWERS, daughter of the late NATHAN FLOWERS, of Johnston County. They 
were both educated at the North Carolina Institute for the Deaf and Dumb and 
Blind.
