I Morgan Bryan of Rowan County being in perfect mind and memory blessed be God 
for his mercies do dispose of my worldly Estate as followeth Viz: 1stly  I give 
and bequeath unto my beloved son Thomas Bryan my mansion house and plantation 
also my part of a Negro Boy named Jack also my waggon and waggon horse called 
black and the necessarys belonging to the waggon and my plow and utinsels there 
unto belonging two breeding mares Viz a mare called Brown Dot and her parts and 
a young Wolauge and her colt two cows Viz a cow called Trossy and her calf the 
other called Brown and her calfs also my bed and furniture after my decease 
reqaruing a sufficent living for me of the land while I live. 2ndly I give and 
bequeath unto my beloved daughter Elinor Linville all my wifes wearing apparal 
3rdly I give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Mary Forbis my great pot and 
five shillings sterling 4thly Eight pounds proclamation to my beloved son James 
Bryan 5thly I require for my funeral charges and sickness 6thly I give and 
bequeath unto my beloved sons Joseph Samuel Morgan John William James Thomas 
and my daughter Elinor Linville all the rest of my real and personell Estate to 
be equal divided amoungst them together with that part of my Estate which they 
have already recd.  7thly Article: I do nominate and appoint my beloved sons 
John Bryan and William Bryan to be Exd Ratifying and confirming this and no 
other to be my last will and testament where of I have hereunto set my hand and 
seal March 28, 1763.
