My will is that my just debts be paid, then it is my will that all my land is to be sold by my Executors to the Highest bidder and the rest of my moveable estate to be sold except my bed and furniture,Chest and Two Wheels, the money arising from the sale of my Estate it is my Will that my grand daughter- Elizabeth Shut daughter of Fredrick Shut shall have and receive of my estate when she arrives to the age of Eighteen years the Sum of Fifteen pounds, Isaac Leatherman 10 shillings. Second it is my Will that my son Charles Barker is to have of my estate the sum of ten shillings and no more. I give to my son in law Christian Weaver ten shillings. Third it is my will to give to my son in law Jacob Lennard the sum of ten shillings and no more. Fourth it my will to give to the rest of my grand children the whole of the rest of the money arising from my estate (that is to say) Equal the children of my son Charles Barker, my son in law Jacob Lennard, my son in law Christian Weaver, my son in law Isaac Leatherman Children to receive the sums at the age of Eighteen years from my Executors. Fifth It is my will to give to my grand daughter my bed, the whole of my bed cloaths. Sixth It is my will to give to my granddaughter Barbery Weaver my chest, cotton wheel and flasc wheel. And I hereby make and ordain my worthy friend Daniel Leatherman and William Linker Executors of this my last will and testament.
