... First I Give to my beloved son James Dickey one grindstone one log Chain, 
one grape and one in ? and one Loom and taklin but Reserving the use of the 
Loom and taklin for use of David Dickey while he Continues to live on this 
place.

Second I give to my beloved daughter Margaret Dickey one 3 year old heifer 2 
[hives?] of Bees and all my house furniture and I apoint my daughter Margaret 
Dickey to be my Exetrex. Signed Sealed and Delivered this twenty forth of May 
one thousand Eight hundred and three in the presents of us. [signed] Mary 
Dickey (her x mark). [witnesses] George Niblock, Nancy (X) Dickey. Test:
