Will


	In the name of God Amen - I Willis Ellis in a weak state of body thoughts of
perfect mind and memory calling to mind the mortality of my body do make this my
last will and Testament my soul to God I commit My body to the dust at the
discretion of my Executors my Estate as follows.

	It is my will that my beloved wife Elizabeth have the sole possession and
direction of my estate real and personal during her widowhood or until my son
James arrives at the age of 21 years when the whole that then remains is to be
equally divided between her and my two sons James and Henry Ellis. May 17th 1816.
