And as touching my worldly affairs, in the first place I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Frailey a peacible possession in my dwelling House and on my lands,and that she may occupy the same without any molestation during her natural life or as long as she remains my widow and I also give and bequeath unto my said wife two of the best horses and also all my stock of every kind and House Hold and Kitchen furniture plantation utensils and waggon and everything that I may die seized or possessed of except what is hereafter mentioned and bequeathed, all during her natural life or as long as she remains my widow for to raise and support my children. Secondly, I give and bequeath unto my son Charles Frailey a Horse Saddle and bridle and an axe and scythe and ... and stipend and a new suit of clothes which I had made Thirdly, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rachel Frailey a Bed and furniture and Cow and calf and chest spinning wheel and cupboard and a set of plates and knives and forks and five dishes and two ... ... and a sow and pigs Fourthly, I give and bequeath unto my son Solomon the same as to my son Charley to receive it when comes of age. 5th I give and bequeath unto my two daughters Rosa and Eliza the same as I have directed to be given my daughter Rachel as may need it, in case of their intermarriage or when they come of age, also it is my will that the same provision should be made for all those hereafter born which may be my heirs, if a son to receive the same as my other sons if a daughter, as my other daughters Lastly, I do direct after my wife's death or her marrying again that all my estate, real and personal shall be sold at public sale and the amount arising therefore to be equally divided among all my children Share and Share alike and I do hereby empower my Executor to consign my Land to the purposes enforce.
