I give and bequeath unto my nephew Robert Foster all my Land and Negroes, likewise to be at his proper and sole will and disposal forever. I then give and bequeath unto my brother John Ellis all the rest with the other _______________ of personal Esate to be at his sole will and disposal forever. I then give and bequeath unto my beloved sister Lucy Foster my wearing clothes and side sattle to be at her proper and sole will and disposal forever. I then give and bequeath unto my other brothers Radford and William Ellis, and my nephew Willis Ellis each twenty shillings sterling money to be paid out of personal Estate above mentioned and to be paid unto them by my Nephew Robert Foster and John Ellis jointly and in the manner which may be most convenient and agreeable to them. And lastly, I hereby nominate and appoint my nephew Robert Foster & John Ellis Joint Executors of this my last will & Testament, revoking and disannulling all and every other will & Testament in any manner made or done by me & ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will & Testament. In witness whereof I here unto set my hand & affix my seal this fifteenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred.
