And as to what worldly substance it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life It. 1 I do will that all my lawful debts be paid and my funeral Expences be paid It. 2 I Give and bequeath all my substance [substance has been lined out] Estat to my beloved Wife, Polly, (illegible) her Widdowhood life and at her Marrige or death my land and my property to be equally divided between my two children, Sally and Andrew and if Andrew should die without an hair, his part of the Land to fall back to Sallyes heirs. In witness where unto I have set my hand and seal this 27 January 1843.
