Joseph Pool being of sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed by God, do this day of the 22 day of May in the year of our Lord 1829 make and publish this my Last will testament in manner following that is to say my will that my body to be buried in a Christian manner. Second, my lawful Debts to be paid first, I Give and bequeath unto my beloved wife my young Gray mare, 2nd, of the first choyce of my milk cows, two head. 3rd five head of hogs first choyse, 4th all my stock of sheep. 5th all my beds and furniture. 6th, and all my house furniture. 7th, to one woman's Saddle and one man's Saddle. 8th, to one plow and gears and swingle tree. 9th, to two axes. 10th, my will is that my wife Anna drawes a Equel part of all my other property with my Children and to hold all this property as long as my wife Anna bares my Name and her death or her marriage, then the property to be sold and equally Divided amongst my Children in witness whereof , I the Said Joseph pool have to this my Last will and testament set my hand and seal this 22 day of May 1829.
