I Airhort Sizelove Senior of the County of Rowan and the State of North Carolina being weak in body but of sound perfect mind, memory and understanding at this time thanks be to almighty God for it. Hoping that I shall be the better prepared to depart this life when it shall be please God to call me home. Do therefore make this my last will and testament, in the manner and form that is to say: First, I will and bequeath unto my son Airhort Sizelove, all my land and premises where I now live on. ______ also the plantation and premises where George Sizelove formerly lived call Blanton. I give unto my son as a fore said to him his heirs and assigns forever. Secondly, I will and bequeath unto my son George Sizelove one hundred dollars _____ of my moveable property to him his heirs and assigns forever. Thirdly, I will and bequeath unto my five daughters and my deceased daugher Christina Christler children of her body that is that these children shall draw their mother's part of the moveable part of my estate equally as much as one of my other daughters, Caty Moser, Elizabeth Lory, Morcilony? Lory, Charity Lory, Mary Lovary and the other mentioned children of my deceased daughter to have all the remainder part of my moveable estate to be equally divided between these children as one of the legates, one my other five daughters, share and share alike to them their heirs and assigns forever. And Lastly, I appoint my son Philip Sizelove executor of this my last will and testament revoking and anuling all former will or wills heretofore by me made and ______ and confirming this my last will and testament.
