     Will of Samuel Wilson, Rowan County, NC Will Book B p. 201 December
     12, 1792
     
     In the Name of God Amen the twelfth day December Anno domini 1792.
     I Samuel Wilson of Rowan County and state of North Carolina being
     sick and weak in Body but perfect in mind & memory thanks be given
     unto the Lord God and Calling unto mind the mortality of my Body
     and that it is appointed for all men to die do make this my last
     will and Testament and principally and first of all I give and
     command my soul into the hands of God that gave it Hoping through
     the ______ & Intersession of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to
     have a full & free pardon of & forgiveness of all my Sins & to
     inherit everlasting life. And my Body I commit to the Earth to be
     buried in a decent Christian Burial at the descretion of my
     Executors hereafter named. Nothing doubting but to receive the same
     again at the general resurrection by the Mighty Power of God. And
     as touching _____ Worldly Estate Where With it has pleased God to
     help me with in this life I give bequeath demise and dispose of the
     same in the following manner and form. And first of all it is my
     desire that those Just Debts & Duties as I owe to any manner of
     persons Whatever Either in _ight or Conscious be well and truely
     paid & satisfied some convenient time after my decease by my
     Executors hereafter Named. Item give & Bequeath to my Dearly and
     well beloved Children William, John, & Samuel Wilson and Jane Keer
     & Sarah Robison the sum of five pounds Current money of this state
     to Each of them. Item I give & Bequeath and demise unto my loving
     son George Wilson My plantation Whereon I Now live with all the
     Benefits & Improvements thereunto belonging with all the rest of my
     estate Reall and Personal Whole & Sale to his use after mt decease.
     I allow all my clothing to be given to my son Samuel. Lastly I name
     Ordain Constitute and appoint my well beloved sons William & Samuel
     Wilson to be the whole and sole Executors of this my last will &
     Testament hereby making ______ all former and other wills
     testaments bequeathments demises _____ & Executors by me in any
     manner of ways before named willed bequeathed demised or appointed
     notifying this & no other to be my last will & testament Signed and
     published pronounced and declared by the said Samuel Wilson as his
     last will & testament in presence of us the subscribers
