Sons John and Peter to have 116 A adj Benjamin Walton, valued at $2.00 an acre and they are to pay my dau. Susanna and the heirs of my two sons David and Benjamin so that they get the equivalent of the 116 acres. My daughter Susanna Kern is also to have the 150 acres where she now lived and $50.00 in cash. My 4 grandchildren who are the children of Daniel Walton [mother Margaret Smith Yost] are to have 119 A; they are Isaac, Catherine, Joseph, and Margaret Walton, and their mother is Margaret Walton.
