			BACK ELLIOTT CEMETERY
			Rutherford County, NC

From Highway US-64-74A, about four miles west of Rutherfordton, NC turn north 
on Cove road to Owenby Road which turns right. Go about 1-2 miles on Owenby 
Road, on the right side of the road watch for a large barn with outbuildings, 
then just past the barn was an older, rather rough looking single wide 
trailer. I think it is the next pasture on the right, go to far end of pasture 
to the gate. Go through the gate across the field about 1000 yards to the 
WOODED RIDGE ON THE RIGHT.  The graveyard is a very short distance on top of 
this ridge. It has recently been cleaned up and is good condition. There are 7 
- 10 unmarked graves with field stones.
