                             THE BEAM CEMETERY

     To get to this cemetery from Ellenboro, NC turn north beside
     Bethel Baptist Church and go two to three miles. Go past the
     Mckinney Mill and Drury Dobbins Ch. crossroads and past the first
     house on right. In front of the next house that you come to, it
     will be on the left, turn right down drive in front of the house.
     For an old family cemetery off out in the country, this one is
     kept in extremely good shape. I done the inventory May 13, 1997
     and I started in the northwest corner. There is two or three of
     the markers that I call unreadable that would probably be very
     readable with some kind of enhancement. I didn’t have anything
     with me but chalk and I didn’t have anything to clean it off with
     so therefore I did not mess up the stones.
