                          BRIDGES-JOHNSON CEMETERY

                           Rutherford County, NC

     Cemetery is located about 0.5 miles off the west side Ellenboro
     to Polkville Road , known as New House Road (SR1361). It is about
     3.5 miles north of Ellenboro, NC behind the barn on the farm of
     W. C. Edwards, at the time of the survey, who lives at the end of
     this private drive. Mr. Edwards said he was told that some
     Johnsons were buried in this cemetery. It has about 14 unmarked
     graves. A thank you to Miles Philbeck, Bulletin Editor for The
