                       GILKEY CHURCH OF GOD CEMETERY

     To get to this cemetery out of Rutherfordton, NC go north on
     highway US221 for about 4-5 miles until you see large stacks of
     lumber in sheds on the east side of the road. Turn on the road
     that goes east beside the lumber and the cemetery will be on the
     left behind the lumber. I did the audit September 2, 1997.
