                                 Harris, NC

     Going south on US221 south of Rutherfordton, NC about eight miles
     find Jack McKinney Road going off to the right and go down it
     about a mile and the cemetery will be on the right behind a house
     on top of a hill. I did the audit August 23, 1997.
