                       OLD STATE LINE CHURCH CEMETERY

                           Rutherford County, NC

     The site of the Old State Line Church is located about two to
     three hundred yards to the east and north of the intersection of
     State Line Rd. and Durham Rd. in Rutherford County very near the
     NC-SC line. Evidently there have been many of the graves/markers
     moved because I only found one marker with lettering on it. From
     what I had been told there were quite a number of graves with
     readable markers at one time. There is still many graves marked
     with field stones. I checked it out April 15, 1998.
