STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   COURT OF EQUITY    RUTHERFORD COUNTY
April, Term, 1815

SARAH BABER and JAMES BABER, Administrators of JOHN BABER, deceased

        Vs.

JOSEPH ALEXANDER 


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOSEPH 
ALEXANDER, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said, JOSEPH ALEXANDER appear at the next Superior 
Court of Law & Equity to be held for the County of the County of Rutherford at 
the Court House in Ruthersfordton, on the 3rd Monday after the 4th Monday in 
September next then and there to plead, answer or demur to this issue, the 
Complainant’s Bill will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte at the next 
Term.
