April, Term, 1809

JOHN BRADLEY

        Vs.

PATRICK SCOTT 


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that at the last term of said 
Court that on reading defendant’s answer to the Complainant’s Bill of 
Complaint, that the injunction became dissolved and at term it was also made 
to appear that the defendant had never sworn to said answer. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in 
the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said  injunction be revised and unless 
the defendant appear and answer or file a new answer at the next term of this 
Court to be held for the County of Rutherford on this issue, judgment will be 
taken and made perpetual.
