MARGARET PULLAM

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendant, 
MARGARET PULLAM ,  is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the 
Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said Defendant appear at our next Court to be 
held for the County of Rutherford at the Court House at Rutherfordton at the 
Court House in Rutherfordton  on the second Monday in October next and plead, 
answer or demur to said suit, , the bill will be according to the Plaintiff’s 
demand.
