PETER FISHER

        Vs.

JAMES BELL, NICHOLAS MADGETT

The Bill served on JAMES BELL, the other defendant not found

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
NICHOLAS MADGETT is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the 
Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said Defendant appear at our next Court to be 
held for the County of Rutherford on the first three days of the next term and 
plead, answer or demur to this issue, the bill will be taken pro confesso and 
set for hearing ex parte.
