The Standard of Raleigh,  Aug. 26, 1863
NORTH CAROLINA -- Rutherford County Court of Equity, in vacation, 28th July 
1863 -- WILLIAMSON FORTUNE, ADM'R, cum testamento annexo of HEZEKIAH 
BLANKENSHIP, deceased, and others vs. J. W. BLANKENSHIP, HAMPTON BLANKENSHIP 
and JOSEPH PULLUM and wife SARAH.
   A petition has been filed in this Court for a settlement of the estate of 
the said HEZEKIAH BLANKENSHIP, deceased, and it appearing that the defendents 
are non-residents of said State, publication is therefore ordered to be made 
in the Raleigh Standard for six successive weeks, notifying the defendents to 
be and appear at the next Court to be held for said County at the Court House 
in Rutherfordton on the second Monday in September next, there and then to 
plead, answer or demur to plaintiff's petition or judgment pro confesso will 
be taken as to them, and an account ordered and the estate settled.
   Witness L. B. BRYAN, Clerk of said Court at office, the 28th July, 1863.
