COLONEL WILLIAM GRAHAM 
of North Carolina

   Colonel William Graham applied for revolutionary pension while living in
Rutherford County, N. C., in October, 1832. He was appointed colonel commandant
of Tryon County, North Carolina, Militia. He stated that in 1832 he was "old and
blind." He was born in Augusta County, Virginia, 1742. When the revolution
commenced he was living in Tryon County, N. C.
