   IT IS WITH DEEP REGRET we have to sate that on Friday last, MR. RICHARD W. 
CASWELL of Rutherford County, in riding from Jefferson fell from his horse 
against a stump, which immediately put an end to his existence. He has left an 
amiable wife and two children.
