I Elisabeth Lovlace of the county of Rutherford
and State of North Carolina Beinge of Sound 
mind and memory But feble in health do
make and declare this to Be my last will and
testament as follows to wit I Give and devise to
my three Grand Sons Cicro Green and Albert 
Green and Street Green Seventy acres of land
more or less adjoininge lands of the John
Davis land and Wall [??] Dellenger and the
Balance of the 75 acre track to L E Green and 
M S Green [blot] 5 acres and my 141/2 acrs
to M S. Green it Joininge lands of L E Green
and W.S. Spurlin and I all so Give my 
Bed and Bed cloths and all my house hole
furniture to M J Green in fee simpthy
all my lands and personal propety my
lands lying in Rutherford county on the
waters of Sandy run I here By nominate
and apoint L E Green my Executer to cary
out this my last will and testament
