Cantrell the sum of one dollar Second I give to my beloved Daughter Eliza Morris the Sum of one dollar third I give to my beloved Daughter HL McClure one dollar fourt I give to my beloved Son EH Lovlace the Sum of one dollar fifth I give to ^my daughter Minnie Burns the sum of one dollar Sixth I give to my Son George D. Lovlace forty four acres ^of land more or less the land on which I now live I also give him all of my personal property that I may be seized of at the time of my death. the considerations of this will is that my son George D. Tanner, Deputy Clerk Superior Court on 4 Sep 1905, affirming that the above document was the last will and testament of his mother Elizabeth and sowre that he would execute the office of executor. The Will was probated before Mr. Tanner on the same day, with George D. Lovelace, C. E. Owens, and V. E. McKinney appearing and signing the probate papers. The will will and probate were ordered recorded on the same date by M. O.
