I JOHN LEDBETTER being sick but of perfect mind and memory.  First want my 
just debts paid and collected.  I give to my wife ELIZABETH the balance of my 
estate during her widowhood.  She shall give to her children an equal share of 
my estate as she see proper, and to give to each of her children good 
schooling, but if my wife change her widowhood I give her one third part of my 
estate.  I appoint my wife with WILLIAM WHITESIDES and MOSES WHITESIDES my 
executors.  Wit: A. DICKEY, GEORGE RUSSELL   Jurat: Robert
