My two youngest sons Isaac WEST and William WEST to have all my land, 
mill and still whereon I now live.
By sale or other way if they can agree upon the division of the same
(property) namely Delilah, John, Sary, Pheby, Thomas, Elizabeth, Mary,
Isaac, and William.
