North Carolina Wills 1784-1833 A-HAW Will of ANDERSON WILLIAMSON --John WEBB and David NOLAND being men of Credit appeared in open court on the 12th day of July a. D. 1803 and made oath that Anderson WILLIAMSON late of the county of Rutherford in the state of North Carolina did on the 4th day of June land and that they the above named witnessed in the last sickness of the deceased and about eight days before his death they were called upon by the deceased to hear the following words which he declared was his will at his own dwelling house to wit my will is whatever my property to my wife and my three boys to be equally divided between them. Witness David NOLAND further says that he the said WILLIAMSON said his wife should keep the property together and raise the children and when they came of age it was to be divided between the boys and his wife. This noncupative will proved in open court this 12th July 1803.
